The 2017 Vacation Bible School has just come to an end. This year, the camp saw an attendance of 82 kids from the ages of 4 to 12.
Included in the 82 are 15 newcomers to this yearly fixture in the Junior Sunday School calendar. The kids were treated with worship rallies
that were filled with upbeat singing and fun choreographed dancing (The VBS theme song with the other complementing songs included actions that
the kids enjoyed). Coupled with these worship sessions were the daily interactive learning sessions that introduced the kids to Christian missions, testimonies
and the Gospel.

A Note of Appreciation
The VBS organising committee would like to thank every person that have willing and joyfully rendered their time and service to this important work among the Sunday School kids.
A big shout out to the kitchen crew that have painstakingly prepared all the meals for the entire duration of the camp; for the parents that have taken it upon themselves to become camp mummies
and daddies to all the kids that came. For the teachers that have taken the time to have patiently prepared the lessons and tailored it to suit the different age groups, a huge thank you also goes out to them.
A special thank you also goes out to some of the members of the youth fellowship that responded to the call of become big brothers and sisters to their younger counterparts.
Ultimately, all praise and glory goes out to the God for His protection and the granting of good weather without which, many of the activities would have been harder to conduct.

Prayer Points
1. Pray that the new kids will be able to join the Junior Sunday School sessions every Sunday
2. Pray that trough the experiences and things taught in VBS that the kids will be able to see their need for a Saviour and the importance of living a life that pleases God.
